Master Taino prides himself in reaching out to the new generation of Leather boys and slaves as a mentor.  Many local boys and slaves have come to Him for guidance, direction, and advice.  His personal upbringing growing up in a  small-town conservative and Catholic Latino family during the sixties (when there was no Internet, no mentors, no good way to learn the lifestyle) made Him to commit to mentor  the  Next Generation.

Master Taino loves to mentor particularly young boys and slaves (over 18) interested in the BDSM, and Master/slave - Daddy/boy relationships.  E-mail if you need someone to talk to.  He takes this very seriously.

As part of this interest, Master Taino offers a "slave/BDSM Internship" for college students and others willing to spend one of their school breaks at Master Taino's household, and can host U.S. and international students and young men interested in having a "slave experience" in a dominant but caring and safe environment.

Master Taino has presented workshops particularly during Master/slave events including the International Master/slave Weekend, Together in Leather, the Southwest Leather Conference and His own Master/slave Conference. 

He also participated in the Master Retreat 3 held in Atlanta July 27-29, 2001 and in Master Retreat 5 in Chicago in November 2002. He was one of the Retreat facilitators in the Atlanta event..  Master Taino was a guest instructor at the Butchmanns SM Academy in Tucson, AZ on February 2002.

The Educational Non-profit Organization

Master Taino and His Leather Family have founded a non-profit corporation committed to education that now is in charge of both Master Taino's Training Academy and the annual Master/slave Conference.

•   Master Taino's Training Academy

  To achieve His goal to reach out to both new Masters and slaves, Master Taino has founded His Training Academy that offers a “Training Weekend" program at His home.  The first of these training weekend events was held October 2001. •   Master/slave Conference

  Finally, His journey took Him to produce the first Master/slave Conference held in Washington, DC July 2004.  The event was a tremendous success with over 200 participants and presenters from all around the country.  The 2005 Conference is scheduled for July 29-31, 2005 in a much larger hotel in Washington, DC.    Conference
