Beloved Master and Loving Father, Caring Daddy,

Master many things have changed over this past year since meeting You, Sir.  And all have been for the best. Sir, as You have noticed, i have come a long way and grown tremendously from the timid, scared confused man/boy that first came into Your Home, to a happy confident and curious Leatherman who knows where and how to find answers and fulfillment, Sir!

Over this year You have been a Master, Teacher, Confessor, Friend, Sponsor and Loving Father. You have given me the security of Your collar, the enjoyment of Flogging, Cat, now Snake, Paddling, Spanking, Hot Wax, Violet Wand and now electric play and fire play, Clothes Pins, public display and Use and the list could go on and on. You have Shown me that SM is a satisfying and fulfilling way of Loving someone, not the painful destructive and degrading experience that had been all that i knew.

You have helped me build confidence in myself and given the Greatest Gift, the Gift of Pride. You Opened Doors for me to enter into the DC Leather Scene. MAL last year was a type of coming out for me, letting me get to know the Community and letting the community to get to know me. You gave me MAsT, for bonding with other slaves, Sigma as a fellowship for my body's need of SM, Defenders, that Loving brotherhood of Men for my spirit's need to share and give back to the Leather Community. And then there was MOD Bootcamp where i learned the joys of giving SM experiences as well as receiving them. And now a MOD Associate Membership where i can continue to learn from Men Who i admire and respect. If MAL was my coming out party then Olympia must be a type of Graduation Party. From immaturity to maturity from Leatherboy to Leatherman.

You have given so much and done all within Your Power to see to my happiness. You respected my fears of HIV and AIDS and my phobias and hang-ups about sex. I Love You for all this and for just Being You!

Master our relationship has changed. Sir, i think of You equally as a Father, a Mentor, as well as Master.

Sir, there is never a right moment or right way to acknowledge change in a relationship so now is as appropriate as ever.

Sir, it is time for me to begin a new journey, the same one that all gay men and Leatherman for that matter must make. It is the journey to find their own connections with the community, building relationships and a future of their own making.

As Master, i ask that You release me from my contract and give up ownership of this property.

As a Father, i ask that You Bless Your son's steps into the world on his own.

As a Mentor, i ask that You have Pride in the Excellent Training that You Gave, Wishing me luck as i strive to live up to Your Teachings.

As a Friend i ask for Your Understanding and support as only a true Friend can do.

As a Fellow Christian i ask for Your Prayers.

Sir, You will always be a part of my heart and life and i will always Love You and Care For You.
